A+ Wallet can be used with operators such MPT, Telenor, Ooredoo and MyTel.

A+ QR Standee are put at A+ Merchants for easy payments.

You can transfer to anyone in Myanmar using A+ Wallet. Also, if the receipient has A+ Wallet, you can transfer money directly to the receipient’s number for free of charge.

If the recipient does not have A+ Wallet, you can transfer to the recipient with his/her phone number, name and NRC number. The OTP will be sent to the recipient and he/she can withdraw the money at nearest agent. Ensure not to share the OTP with anyone.

It is free of charge if you transfer from A+ Wallet to other A+ Wallet.

There is transaction fees if you transfer to non A+ Wallet user.

The cash out fees will be deducted from your cash out amount if you cash out from A+ Wallet. You can check the detailed cash out fees under “Fees and Limits” section in A+ Wallet.

You do not need to pay the cash in fees if you cash in at A+ agents.

If the recipient has A+ Wallet, the money will be transferred directly to the wallet and he/she can cash out at nearest A+ agent or Prime agent just by telling the number. If the recipient does not have A+, he/she can cash out at nearest A+ agents or Prime agents using NRC, transaction number and OTP.

Only one A+ Wallet can be registered with one phone number.

You need to download A+ Wallet Application first before you register A+ Wallet. You can use any of your preferable SIM Card to register A+ Wallet. You can register A+ Wallet by yourself using correct name, phone number and NRC.

A+ Wallet can be upgraded to Level 1 and Level 2 and cash out amount will be varied depending on the level.

You will be upgraded to Level 1 once you register A+ Wallet.

You need your NRC to upgrade your A+ Wallet from Level 1 to Level 2.

You need to go to “Upgrade Wallet” section in Setting of your A+ Wallet application and insert original NRC front, back and a clear selfie picture holding your NRC. You must ensure you also fill correct name, date of birth and NRC aligned with information from your NRC.

Level 2 will be upgraded within 24 hours to 48 hours once after you have filled correct information. You can contact to A+ Call Center if it does not upgrade within 2 days.

The daily transaction limit and amount you can put in the wallet can be varied between Level 1 and Level 2. Level 2 users can keep more limit in their wallet than Level 1. Also, Level 2 users can link their A bank account with their wallet.

You can use FaceID by clicking On in side Touch ID & Face ID system in A+ Wallet Setting.

You can use Myanmar & English choosing Language under A+ Wallet setting.

Coin Pocket is a reward system in A+ Wallet that is given during special programs and promotions.

You can top up mobile phone bill and transfer money through Coin Pocket.

Click “Cash In” in you’re A+ Wallet and you can do cash in through MPU, Visa, MasterCard of any bank in the world as well as transferring from you’re A bank account for free. You can also do the cash in with A+ Agent nearby.

In transferring money from A+ Wallet to someone who does not have A+ Wallet account,

you need to know the recipient’s phone number, name and national identity card numbers.
Once the transfer is complete, the recipient can cash out in the nearest A+ Agent or A Bank branch.

The process of transferring money from A+ Wallet to someone who does not have an account is as follows;
1. First, open you’re a+ Wallet App. Choose “Tran
2. Choose “Unregistered Account” under the “Transfer” section.
3. Enter the phone number to transfer. Check if the sender’s phone number is correct.
4. Enter the amount and click “Continue”. Double check the amount and information.
5. Confirmation page will appear and choose “Confirm”.
6. The money transfer is successful. You will receive a cash code.
7. Upon the successful transaction, Cash Code will appear.
8.You have to tell the (8) digits Cash Code to the Recipient alone.
9. The recipient can withdraw the money transferred by the Sender with Agent or at A+ branch using the (8) digits Cash Code.
The finished actions can be seen at “Notifications” and as well as “Record” under “Transfer”.

In transferring money to another A+ Account to A Bank Account from your own A+ Wallet, first, you have to know the phone number which his/her A+ Wallet is opened with or the number of A Bank Account.

1. First, open A+ Wallet Application. Choose “Transfer” in the home page.
2. Choose “Other A+ Account or A Bank Account” under the “Transfer”.

In transferring money to another A+ Account to A Bank Account from your own A+ Wallet, first, you have to know the phone number which his/her A+ Wallet is opened with or the number of A Bank Account.

The process of transferring money to another A+ Account or A Bank account is as follows below;
1. First, open A+ Wallet Application. Choose “Transfer” in the home page.
2. Choose “Another A+ Account or A Bank Account+ from “Transfer”.
3. Enter the Sender’s A+ Account phone number or A Bank Account. Double check the Recipient’s phone number pr A Bank Account.
4. Insert the amount to transfer and choose “Continue”. Double check the amount and information.
5. Confirmation Letter will appear and choose “Continue”.
6. Money transaction is successful.
The finished actions can be seen at “Notifications” and as well as “Record” under “Transfer”.

Choose “Withdraw” in the A+ Wallet Application and insert the amount you wish to withdraw from A+ Bank or A Bank branch nearby.

1. First, you need WIFI or mobile data.
2. Open A+ Wallet App. Select “Other payments” on the home page.
3. Then, select gift card.
4. Select iTunes Gift Card among the type of bill.
5. Enter a promotion code for the payment you want to pay and click “continue”, then check all your information.
6. Click “confirm”.
For successful transactions, you can find in “notifications” on the home page.

To top up using A+ wallet,
1. First, you need WIFI or mobile data.
2. Open A+ wallet app and press “top up”.
3. Type your phone number correctly.
4. Select the amount you want to top up.
5. Press “continue” and check if the information you entered is correct.
6. Then press “confirm”.
7. Your top up process is now complete.
For successful transactions, you can find in “notifications” on the home page.

To pay for internet bill using A+ Wallet
1. First, open A+ wallet app. And click “bill payment” on the home page.
2. Click “Internet”.
3. Then, choose the service provider you want to pay and enter the required information correctly.
4. And click “continue” and check if all your information is correct.
5. Then, click “confirm”.
6. Your Internet billing process is successful.
For successful transactions, you can find in “notifications” on the home page.

1. First, open A+ Wallet App. Then, click “settings” on the home page.
2. And under security tab, click “Change Pin” to change your pin.
You must not share your pin code with anyone.

In the records, you can see the details of 300 your transactions (or) your transactions in 6 months.

Currently, the bill payment services available are ANANDA, Hi Wifi, MyanmarNet AwaThone, Myanmar Net Data, and Myanmar Net Prepaid.

You need to enter a 6-digit PIN no. to access your wallet. You don’t need to enter again once you are logged in. For security, please do not share your PIN no. to anyone.

You can inquire 24 hours a day through Messenger from A+ Wallet Official Facebook Page (https://bit.ly/3w3cLiv) and A+ Call Center Phone Number 09-707 770 888.

Your account will be temporarily closed for security reasons if you do not use it for 180 days. You can contact the Call Center if you want to reactivate your temporarily closed account. Please note that you cannot be able to perform the transfer process when your account is closed and you will also receive an SMS warning message before it is closed.

Your A+ Wallet account will be locked when you type a wrong PIN more than five times and when you haven’t used it for a long time. You can unlock it by contacting A+ Call Center at 09 770 709 888.

You can request a new PIN No. by contacting A+ Call Center at 09 770 709 888 or by clicking Forget Item in A+ Wallet mobile app and correctly filling in your personal information.

You can close your A+ wallet account by leaving the remaining balance to zero if you no longer want to use it.

You can contact A Plus Call Center at 09 770 709 888 to change by giving a valid reason.

You can find them in the “Find branches/agents” tab through the A+ Wallet App.

You need to temporarily close your account by calling A+ Call Center at 09 770 709 888 and reactivate once you get your SIM card back.

You will need the six-digit secret code when you transfer money from A+ agent or counter to a non-user and when you transfer money from the A+ app.

When you transfer money over the counters, the recipient will get an instant SMS with a transaction number. The recipient can withdraw the money within two days at the agent by telling the 6-digit PIN shared by the sender.

A+ (Plus) Call Center will contact you on 09 770 709 888. The call center will only ask for the name, phone number and NRC no. But they will never ask questions related to personal matters.
